I acknowledge that the Puerto Galera Hash House Harriers (hereafter known as the PGHHH) is a non-profit organization and in consideration of my being accepted as a voluntary participant in any events organized by the PGHHH, I hereby release all persons and venues connected with the PGHHH from any litigious claims or actions whatsoever by me or my heirs, executors or assigns, arising from any injuries or death to me and any loss or damage to property arising from my participation in any event associated with the PGHHH.

I further acknowledge that after I have participated in a certain number of runs to be determined by the Grand Master I may be assigned a 'Hash Name' which is intended to be humorous and in no way offensive, that I will behave with good humour and in a manner compatible with the comeraderie of the Hash at all times, and that the Grand Master is the final arbiter concerning any dispute which arises in connection with the Hash and may at his sole discretion, ban any individual from participation in the Hash.

If at any time I do not comply or intend to comply with any of the conditions stated in this Participation Disclaimer, I shall voluntarily and without complaint or coercion bugger off and have no further dealings with nor defame or threaten the PGHHH in any way whatsoever.
