Just bring along your least fashionable clothing, suitable footwear and a sense of humor. You don't have to be an athlete, just go at your own pace and enjoy the company. We have runners of all ages from all over the world, so you get to meet and mix with foreigners and locals alike.
So come along and join our hash in attractive locations that most visitors to Mindoro never get to see. ON ON!

We run every Saturday rain or shine and everyone is welcome. We follow a different trail every week so you are guaranteed some great scenery and to see something new.
You may find yourself on a grassy hillside with postcard views and a cool breeze in your face, or following a jungle trail criss-crossing a clear mountain stream along a hidden valley prior to downing a few cold drinks on a sandy beach at our end of trail 'on on'.
